Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Twinkle Star, we are committed to making your shopping journey smooth, secure, and enjoyable.
We take extra care to ensure that every order reaches your doorstep on time and in perfect condition.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation SMS/email once your order is successfully placed.
Once dispatched, we will share a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your package in real-time.
Delivery Timeframes
Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.
Delivery time may be extended in case of unavoidable situations such as:
- Bad weather
- Political strikes
- Courier service delays
- Unforeseen operational issues
Shipping Charges
Inside Dhaka: Starting from ৳60
Outside Dhaka: Starting from ৳100
Final delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery address
Package weight
Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or for orders above a certain amount (e.g., ৳2,000+).
Packaging
All products are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Fragile or premium items receive extra protective layers of packaging.
We use eco-friendly packaging materials where possible.
Delivery Limitations
We do not currently deliver to certain remote or restricted areas that are outside courier coverage.
If your area is not serviceable:
Our Customer Care Team will contact you for alternative arrangements or pickup options.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
Wrong address
No one available to receive the parcel
Customer not responding to calls
We will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If unsuccessful, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued (after deducting applicable shipping charges).
Special Instructions
During checkout, you can add special delivery notes such as:
"Leave at the gate"
"Call before delivery"
"Deliver to reception"

শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি নীতি
টুইঙ্কল স্টার আপনার কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতাকে সহজ, নিরাপদ ও আনন্দদায়ক করার জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
আমরা প্রতিটি অর্ডার সময়মতো ও সঠিক অবস্থায় আপনার কাছে পৌঁছানোর জন্য বিশেষ যত্ন নেই।
অর্ডার প্রসেসিং টাইম
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয় (শুক্রবার ও সরকারি ছুটি ব্যতীত)।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে SMS/ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে কনফার্মেশন মেসেজ পাবেন।
পণ্য পাঠানোর পর ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর SMS বা ইমেইলে পাঠানো হবে যাতে আপনি পণ্যটির অবস্থান জানতে পারেন।
ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা
ঢাকার ভিতরে: সাধারণত ২–৩ কর্মদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে: সাধারণত ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস
নিম্নলিখিত কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে:
খারাপ আবহাওয়া
রাজনৈতিক কর্মসূচি বা ধর্মঘট
কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের বিলম্ব
অন্যান্য অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতি
ডেলিভারি চার্জ
ঢাকার ভিতরে: শুরু ৳৬০ থেকে
ঢাকার বাইরে: শুরু ৳১০০ থেকে
চূড়ান্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউটের সময় স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নির্ধারিত হবে:
আপনার ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা
পণ্যের ওজন অনুযায়ী
বিশেষ অফার চলাকালীন বা ৳২,০০০+ অর্ডারে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হতে পারে।
প্যাকেজিং
প্রতিটি পণ্য সতর্কতার সাথে প্যাক করা হয় যাতে পরিবহনের সময় ক্ষতি না হয়।
ভঙ্গুর বা প্রিমিয়াম পণ্যের জন্য বিশেষ সুরক্ষা প্যাকেজিং ব্যবহার করা হয়।
যেখানে সম্ভব ইকো-ফ্রেন্ডলি প্যাকেজিং ব্যবহার করা হয়।
ডেলিভারি সীমাবদ্ধতা
কিছু দুর্গম বা সীমিত এলাকার জন্য ডেলিভারি বর্তমানে সম্ভব নয়।
এই ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার টিম বিকল্প ব্যবস্থা বা পিকআপ অপশন সম্পর্কে আপনাকে জানাবে।
ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে
নিম্নলিখিত কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হতে পারে:
ভুল ঠিকানা
গ্রহণ করার জন্য কেউ উপস্থিত না থাকা
ফোনে সাড়া না দেওয়া
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ ২ বার ডেলিভারি চেষ্টা করব।
এরপরও ডেলিভারি না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে এবং রিফান্ড থেকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
বিশেষ নির্দেশনা
চেকআউটের সময় আপনি বিশেষ ডেলিভারি নোট দিতে পারেন যেমন:
"দরজার সামনে রেখে যান"
"আগে কল করুন"
"রিসেপশনে দিয়ে যান"
